Attributes

Personal Attributes are essential for the success of a CHW as they are an inherent part of the individual and often a reflection of their life experience. Attributes are what the CHW brings to their role before any training begins. Personal attributes are a very important part of what the CHW brings to their role as a CHW; essential to building trusting relationship with the community they serve
